With every Artisan purchase customers receive a Maintenance Kit and recommended care guidelines. The Artisan maintenance kit is a starter kit with two grades of sandpaper, a lint free cloth and a 100ml bottle of oil that has been used on your particular timber with the matching finish i.e clear natural oil, stain or white pigmented oil. The primary oil used by Artisan is WOCA which is available for purchase from Heirloom Fibrecraft.
To clean your Artisan timber furniture surface we recommend WOCA wood cleaning spray. Alternatively, using a cloth with a small amount of low ph, warm soapy water will also do the trick. Remove excess spray and moisture with a dry cloth straight afterwards.
