Wooden Textiles
Heirloom Fibrecraft commissions ceiling pendants, wall hangings and feature 'curtains' by textile designer Elisa Strozyk.
Produced in Germany, the designer's wooden 'textiles' explore 3 dimensional materials in an extensive colour palette of professionally crafted, fine art pieces. The work is sculptural and often geometric in design, working with a grid of wooden shapes that shift in form.
Elisa studied Textile and Surface Design in Berlin, followed by an MA in Future Textiles at Central Saint Martins in London, progressing to win numerous design awards and commissions.
